Say “thank you very much”or “thank you”. This is the best and most well-known way to give appreciation for the action of others. Saying “thank you” is the best way to show your gratitude and would help you be successful in many different ways. You can tell it to a person, on the phone, in an email, with a note, or a hug. Doing this if it’s not expected can be significant in lifting anyone’s spirits. Learn to live one level below what you have, not where or above what you have. This is the same as related to, don’t complain about your life. If we become grateful for the things that we have, this will keep us in a positive position, in so much as focusing on what we don’t have keeps us in a negative position. Understanding what you do have, no matter how much or how little that may be, will give us gratitude which makes for a good life. If we study leadership skills this will enhance our life.
