I also understood that I am the owner of this business, I am in control of this situation, I am interviewing my prospects to see if they will be good enough to join in with me and my business.

You really need to think of it as if you are the boss interviewing to hire a new employee.

Actually changing the way that I approach the situation and the attitude that I have now in the conversation, I am not having the trouble of getting hung up on. I am sponsoring more people than ever. Prospects are actually impressed and thanking me for the conversations that we have.

Talking to prospects and sponsoring doesn’t have to be frustrating, hard, or filled with rejection.

Improve Time Management for YOUR Work From Home MLM Business

I do a lot of coaching for network marketers and the number one thing I help them with is with improving time management. Something I always tell them is their success will be dictated by their time management. If you are trying to build your work from home mlm business, this post may point out exactly what you are not making what you could be making in regards to income.

Studying. Setting up your system. Reading eBooks. Don’t get me wrong, I do ALL of those things myself but I am very clear that THAT STUFF DOESN’T MAKE ME MONEY! I am not instructing you NOT to do these things but I am saying don’t spend all damn day doing those things. In the phenomenal book called “Crush It” by Gary V, he explains how he spends a lot of time on his social media stuff but it’s done between the hours of 9pm and 3am. Not all of us can go on a few hours sleep every single day but here are some suggestions for you to improve time management.
Do the non-income producing activities during off-hours

I do the majority of my reading eBooks, watching videos, etc during the hours before 8am or after 10pm. Now some of you reading this may be thinking “Ray, you don’t understand, I work ALL day and then I am dead-ass tired when I get home”. You know what? I do understand and if you EVER want to change that, you need to make some sacrifices. Here is a quote I posted on my facebook yesterday:

If you want to assure never changing your situation, then keep doing what you are doing and voila, it will work like a charm everytime.
Sooo, how should I spend my time?

When you are desiring a larger income from your work from home mlm business, know that you do NOT get paid to study, straighten your desk or clean the house. You get paid for 2 things, retailing and recruiting. Spend the majority of your time, especially the “prime time” doing prospecting. Prospecting can be for people interested in purchasing your product or prospecting for people interested in having their own work from home mlm business.

If you want to drastically change your bank account, right now, improving time management is the key. If you improve time management to ensure you are prospecting each day not just burying your head in the books and webinars, your bank account will thank you!

If you are looking for information on network marketing and how to succeed in life and become wealthy, you search out the wealthy people and connect with them. You will demonstrate courage when you ask another person for there assistance. Once you assure them that you are honest and searching for help, most people will offer there wisdom to you. This is where you need to search out a good team to teach you the final steps. You will find that you need to be part of a mastermind team that will teach you how to sell yourself as a leader.

A leader creates there own world as they would like for it to be. You have to be in control of you! What ever you think of and the people you are around is what you will become. Find that team, get yourself in the middle and absorb everything that you can from the circle of influence.

Most people think $100,000 a month or more is not possible. Well they are right, it is not possible for them. You have to set your goals high enough to make whatever you want and then it is possible. Write down your goals, work with them, eat with them, sleep with them, and you will make them happen. What an exciting life you can have if work for it. Do not cut yourself short think big and big things will happen.

People will say wow you got lucky. Yes, but luck is a direct relationship to your goals and how hard you work for them. For your success you have to do what you are told by the leaders that are working with you. Follow them to the best of your ability, never, never give up. If you keep learning and learning and never execute you are doomed to fail, execute, execute, execute!

Only 3% of people ever make this kind of money. Set your goals high, join a good team and get to work. Network marketing is the best way to reach your goals because of the low cost and fast training to get started. There are now leaders who give free training if you just belong to there primary company. You will actually make money as you learn leadership skills and become part of the best team in the network marketing industry.
